Am i suffering from mental illness?
I think that I might be suffering from a mental health illness. For some reason, the way I walk when I a outside is different than the way I walk when I am at home. When I am at home, my walking is normal and comfortable. But as soon as I am outside, my walk changes. It becomes unnatural and it takes alot out of me. What's wrong with me??

Nothing seems to be wrong with you as per your complaint. It seems you r too shy or too over consious to deal in public life. Try to boost yr confidence by practicing walking noemally in front of mirror or in front of yr close friends and do not think too much.
