I am a housewife and mother of 2 kids aged 2 and 9. I was working until 2 years back. Though I had been a cheerful person, recently I have observed that I constantly feel very low. I feel I am not worth of anything. I have developed some kind of fear in doing or saying anything. I have lost my confidence and I feel I will be wrong even in simple things such as choosing what to wear while going out. My fear level tends to be filled up until my throat. I constantly try to avoid people thinking I might look like a fool. Tragic thoughts keep coming in my mind but I don't dare to take a step thinking of my family. I don't understand if I am suffering from any mental issues or it is just temporary ?
