Hi, I am a 24 year old married female. My husband and I have frequent sex, and we do not use a condom, but I am on birth control. My period came as scheduled. However, it is extremely light, and the blood color is extremely dark, between brown and black. Should I test for pregnancy?

If you use the pill your failure rates are a lot lesser than a condom. So pregnancy depends on the method of contraceptive and appropriateness of taking it. Do a urine pregnancy if you are worried as this would reassure you.
