Last month was ramzan so a lot of sugary things I ate and daily nimbu Pani (with sugar) So I want to ask can I eat sugary things as normal (I was inactive whole year but now started doing excercise also) 5.4 a good hba1c? 97 fasting (day before I ate sugary things)

Your fasting glucose level and HBA1C are normal.ie you are nor not diabetic or prediabetic.It is better to follow  good diet habits and exercising regularly like brisk walking everyday for 30 minutes.

You are not in any distress. You do become prone to T2DM but your age it's less likely. Instead of Sugar values, you should focus on other parameters for your health.

If you were eating sugary foods during Ramadan and you know that it is bad for health then you should stop or control your intake of sugary foods. You are lucky that so far your parameters are normal but they will get disturbed if you don't control your craving for sugar.

Its all fine.howevrr in general added sugar is not goid for us so better reduce the amount.
