Am I heading for a break down
Hi just was wondering, I have suffered for 40years with depression I am 57 and transexal pre op . I have slight tinnitus which gets worse when I get stressed. My eye sight goes a bit narrow when stressed also my mind feels like it is spinning. If my temper starts to go, my body tingles and I have to walk away and if possible go to bed in the dark. In have tried twice to kill myself, last time a year ago. Am I heading for a break down , my sleep has been bad for years so i take nital or zopiclone
