Always feverish weak body aches.

28f..I have been feeling feverish since a month no temp but body is feeling weak...if iam taking paracetomol feeling good after 6 hours again feeling fever symptoms...head heaviness ,mild body aches,It all started with headache itchy throat body aches feverish symptoms now itchy throat is ok.but feeling feverish .same feeling I have been feeling now and then since an year.My cbp normal crp 9.9 done last week.upper back pain since 1 year MRI normal done in July 2021 .all blood reports normal sone in 2021 except for ESR 28 Recent CRP 9.9 If I don't take medications iam feeling feverish but no temp .Iam worried if iam having any cancer etc bcz of on and off fever upper back pain chronic weakness body aches.Also I have a raised mole which came in 2016 with itching and it increased from small to a medium size and was the same size since 2016-2019 .in 2019 during pregnancy while scratching it came off later it grew again.Am worried about all these plz help plz no sleep since a month ....
