Alternative of sebamed lotion

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi i had psoriasis last year and for 6 months i was under medication. After which doctor prescribed to visit again when i am effected. In my last visit he gave me sebamed hydrating body lotion. But it is available in only very few places. So i want a best alternative for this .
