Alternate Medicine of Natrise 15

Sir/ Madam, Good morning, 1 year back father had low sodium level and went up to 109 , and got hospitalised for 15 days to correct sodium levels. My main query is to know the alternative medicine for Natrise 15 mg, Can we use Hyponat O 15. Last 1 year we are using natrise, but now a days it had become so expensive, 150 rupees per tablet. If I see hyponat o 15 with same composition of natrise where it's costing 40 ruppes oer tablet. I wanted to check can we replace hyponat o instead of natrise. Regards, Saikumar. Could you please help with this solution. It will be very helpful to me.
