Urine retention around PVR .80 and Recurrent uti ...after taking alpha blocker have face swelling and URTI symptoms and stomach upset ...this can be taken long term?? If dizziness happens this can be taken TTS OR MWF or alternate days ??? Prostate size less than 22cc if medicine to reduce prostate is taken is ok ??for this size

Alpha blockers cannot be taken for long term , if u have side effects or if u r taking other meds which can react with it
