Alot of stress and anxiety
Lately I am not feeling well at all. There is something that is bothering me so mhch that I can't sleep I can't eat. I am constantly worried about something or the other and I get irate and frustrated on very small things.

Hello miss. Good morning. I really appreciate ur effort to discuss ur feelings with us. As you have mentioned " SOMETHING THAT IS BOTHERING ME " is the only thing that is now my CONCERN towards you. Consult a Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur choice and discuss ur Thoughts & mood in detail . Allow Psychiatrist to perform MENTAL STATE EXAMINATION " over you. It will provide crystal clear picture of ur condition.

* Avoid google ur condition on internet to    prevent unnecessary chaos into ur mind. * Don't have Unnecessary " Guilt " into ur mind. * Try to do meditation in morning for 20 mins. * Avoid all negativities of ur life and try to    recollect the positivity around you. *  Take a balanced diet. * Avoid taking Sleeping pills without supervision    of only Psychiatrist . * For disturbed sleep , follow these steps        - Morning exercise must.        - Avoid afternoon sleep.        - Take light food at night.        - Avoid Tea, coffee , smoke before sleep.        - Avoid excessive Fluids before sleep.        - Take dinner min. of 2 hrs before sleep.        - Bed must used only for sleeping.        - Room must be dark,cool & calm. * Take care. *** Have a safe & peaceful day ***

It can sometimes happen with acute stress, but if you are not able to cope,or if these symptoms persist ,you should consult a Psychiatrist they will assess you in detail and suggest the best treatment that suits you.
