Alopecia to my daughter. From route.

Hello everyone, my daughter currently 6.5 years, is suffering from Alopecia from the age of 3 years. We have gone to many doctors but was not satisfied with the responce from them...After many of friends given feedback to go to Nair hospital, we have gone there. Doctors there are much more qualified and experienced and it helps my daughter immensely. From almost many part of tyr head have effect of alopecia it recovered almost completely. However due to COVID, we were not able to visit Nair hospital from last 1 year, but there we no symptoms of Alopecia on my daughter's head, but suddenly it had struck again on my daughter's head. Currently it has small patches. Required an opinion on what should be my next action either we again go to Nair hospital or we go for Private dostor consultant. However for second option will require some good Doctor who is experienced enough and could solve problem from route.
