Alopecia - merchant Navy

Hi.I am a 27 years old male. I am in to merchant Navy. I have finished my first year cadetship and will be sailing as a third engineer soon. Recently I have had a severe hairfall problem and diagnosed with alopecia universallis. Am undergoing ayurvedic treatment. Will alopecia be a problem for my merchant Navy carrier.
