Alopecia areata

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have alopecia from the age of 14. I take medicine everytime and the patch disappeara but it starts again after sometime. Isn't there a permanent solution to alopecia. I went through many tests such as diabetes,thyroid,etc but nothing was found except i am thalesemia minor.
