I am suffering my alopecia areata from 3 years. I tried everything miodoxil, steroid injections, homeopathy and ayurvedic treatment but i m not getting relief, Now taking vitamin d supplements and eating flax seeds, chia seeds and other seeds to get minerals and nutrients. also read somewhere that decolorized iodine tinture can help regrow hair. is it true,,If yes,,where can i get this in India...

You may be having alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp. It can affect any hairy area of the body also like eyebrows and beard. It has to be treated properly for long duration until the immunity comes down.
