Hello, Hair loss in a specific area over a long duration could indicate conditions like alopecia areata, scarring alopecia, or other scalp issues. The presence of white hair and difficulty with regrowth suggests the need for a detailed evaluation to understand the underlying cause and tailor a treatment plan.
Next Steps
I recommend an online consultation to assess your condition and provide personalized guidance. Avoid plucking hair, as it can damage the hair follicles further. I am happy to help you through this process.

If it is 1 year, then this could be scarring alopecia. Needs better pics to confirm. If this is scarring, then aggressive treatment is required because it is not reversible. Please contact me using online consult option for proper treatment

There are options like injections available if topical serums are not helping. However a more detailed history and scalp test will be required to see if it is alopecia or not. Please take an clinic appointment for the same.
