Along major hairfall, hair under the

Hi! I have the problem the major" hair fall" but along this I m also facing hair growing under the 'chin' , on the jawline right now hair is so minor, . But if a person stand in front of me it would be clear visible to him/her. ●within last few months I observed that hair started growing in the cleavage . ● small hair is now converted into fine thick black hair around the navel . And yes from the starting my mensuration cycle comes quite 10-15 days late and occurred for only 2-3 days. So I just want to ask these hairfall , growing unwanted hair all over the body , late periods are interconnected or something else ? And to whom should I consult dermatologist or gynecologist or someone else ? I feel really shame because of my chin hair . Here suggest me which favours me and my situation.
