I am currently taking Glenmark's Aprezo Apremilast tablets along with doxy & atarax 8 mg tablets for Prurigo nodularis.Because of high dosage of medicines my stomach is upset and not having regular bowel movements.Shall I take tripaladi churnam or manibhadra leham after taking above mentioned tablet's with a gap of 30-40 mins.will it cause any harm please reply.

hi guest, As such there is no reaction with the given drug, but the drug itself(Apremilast) has many side effects-Diarrhea, Nausea,Headache,Upper respiratory tract infection,Vomiting, Nasopharyngitis, Upper abdominal pain. So if the problem is related to psoriasis get proper detox treatment for better management
