Hi
By immunotherapy you will come to know where you stand in your immunity levels..first..
Immunotherapy of the immune system is treating of any disease by activating or suppressing the immune system.( immune system as we all know which is made up of white blood cells and organs, tissues of the lymphatic system) ..
Basically the function of immune system is helping your body in fighting various infections, inflammations, and other diseases..
So in your case if you find allergic to certain foods like mentioned above , you need to quit them asap..that may again trigger allergic reaction..
There are different types of allergies like food allergy, dust and pollen allergy , food sensitivity and some more ..
So first it's better to find out what type of allergy you have..is it dust, pollen , foods or anyother..basing on that you can keep away from those that trigger you allergic reaction..
And everyone doesn't have same symptons...As symptoms vary from individual to individual..
So please be in touch with your doctor , know your allergy, the triggering factors etc. So that it will be easy for you to keep away from them..as far as you can..
Take opinions from different doctors..if everyone suggests you to go for immunotherapy , then you can plan for that..as of now please know the triggering factors which make you allergic to..
Thankyou

so as mentioned by you above avoid all those foods completely which trigger you to allergy...and see difference if you have noticed any..so that you can avoid ..them..fully.
Health Tips
please relax when you feel fatigue and palpitations...so that it will slowly come down..don't do or work anything that time...just relax, or sit in front of a tv or watch something that diverts your mind also...and then you will slowly come out of it after sometime..in allergies all these kind of symptoms may be common..
you can even lie down for sometime...once you feel you are ok..you can slowly get up and have a glass of lukewarm ..
Hello,
You can get the Immunotherapy test done , this will help us arrive at choosing the right foods and avoid those which affect the immune system. Your fatigue could be due to low B vitamins and Iron Deficiency anemia. There might be few foods which have absorption issues which could show as raised IGE levels.
Once you get the Immunotherapy test, will be happy to help with a detailed personalised food planner reach out to us on Practo.
Hope this helps
Take care
