Allergy treatent
I sneeze a lot as soon as I wake up. Watery and itchy eyes.Running nose which subsides by 8.30am. Whar is the remedy for this problem?? Why I am the only one in the family facing this issue??

You seem to have a problem  of allergic cold. Try to find out the allergen which triggers your cold especially  in the morning  like agarbatti or seasoning of food. Also the time you speak of is a typical period for a particular  type of cold ( according  to ayurved) . Spot the allergens,  avoid them. Seek ayurvedic treatment  to solve your problem. Good results are seen in such cases.

Sir, first find the allergen which is causing you this condition. It may be due to dust allergy or can be even due to mist. Your condition can be cured easily if you find the allergen and avoid exposure to same.

you can take steam inhalation 2 times a day. Avoid cold food items . every person has its unique genetic makeup that is different from parent or siblings. so you may be the only person in family to face this issue. you can try Some ayurveda medicine for your problem.

When the immunity is low ,we get all these allergic issues. Don't worry.u will be better after taking medicine. Try with. Herbomix syp 10ml bd with 30ml water. Setcop cap  1 tid. Nasollerin cap 1 bd.
