Allergy spot in Lungs

I am 27 yrs old. I had chest xray. Prominence of bronvashcular markings found in lungs .now I got treated from general medicine .my cold and cough are still good.but I m practicing in gulf .so allergy spot in lungs occurs in chest xray create problem in my gulf medical .please suggest
