Allergy problem
I'm a female . Age : 29 years and weight 68Kgs. Mother of two kids .
I have allergic rhinitis problem of nose/ eyes itching , blocked nose and headache at times . Getting relief after doing jal neti. Have done allergy test and I'm allergic to dust / mites / pollens and histamine. I do take tab. Criz M and Duonase nasal spray as and when required. I get breathless usually after normal dusting at home and particularly when travelling via aeroplane to new cities or countries . Then I have to do mouth breathing. Do I have Asthama? How can I treat this ?
