Asked for Male, 37 Years

My 3 years old Daughter is having allergy problem since last 3 days , there are red dots and circles reappearing on regular intervals , we have visited child specialist and he said that this allergy is due to cloth . He has given us few Syrups that includes levocitrizine. Kindly suggest what to do ? Generally how much time it takes to complete wipe out ??
