Allergy on my palms

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have allergy on my palms, I have consulted dermatologist and was diagnosed as Tines pedis, and treated which couldn't show any results with Itraconazole tablets and Fucidin cream, Later I sent the pics of Palm to my friend who is a doctor, he told those are warts, some one please look at the pics attached and suggest me what needs to be done.
