Allergy on my Palms

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I consulted dermatologist for my allergy on my palms and was diagnosed as Tines pedis, and treated which couldn't show any results, Later I have contacted one my friend who is a doctor, sent him pics, he says those are warts, with fungal infection. I would like to have a look at the pics attached and suggest please whom you consult.
