Allergy like in thighs

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi, in my thighs front(towards corner) and back (under the hip) I get some allergy kind of wounds(pic attached) on regular basis,which goes off within some days automatically. If I apply any ointment then it goes soon. Again it comes within some days. Can you please suggest?

It looks like a fungal infection. You may have self medicated with steroid creams. Please stop all creams and consult skin specialist. Anti fungal creams and tablets are required. Blood tests for diabetes are also routinely done. Keep the skin clean and dry.
