My son is 4 month old he has sum white spot on back so want to know it ll recover by itself or have to do sumthng is it serious because I m already given atarax drop at night ..so allergy is less bt these spot is not complete disappear

It could be due to an allergic reaction. Kindly share pictures on direct consult with a dermatologist for further evaluation and management. Atarax drop will reduce only the itching sensation
