Allergy inner hips
Hi,
I have allergy on my inner hips. Please see photo attached. I am reluctant to see a doctor for this problem. I used potassium permagnate, it helps a bit but not going completely. Its been there for many years.

Doesn't look like allergy from the pics you have sent. Don't use potassium permagnate as it can burn this area even if slight high concentration is used.Very difficult to diagnose this perfectly with pics,need to examine this thing properly and also need some more details about this to reach correct diagnosis.

Do not apply dettol or soap or any other irritating agent. Clean with just warm water.
