My son is 5. 6 years old. yesterday night allergy occurred in his full body, red swollen and itching was also there. I applied Cetaphil cream and it was reduced after 4-5 hours, but today also it is coming in different places of body but in less amount. What needs to do?

We need to know the reason for allergy.
Reduce the possible cause of allergy- something new in close environment of child- new detergent/new medicine/new cream.
You could give Cetirizine 2.5ml twice daily for itching relief
