Allergy and blood disorder problem
My  total RBC count is 5.93 and hemoglobin is 17.2, pcv 53.6 Last 1 years I did CBC (8 times) and always my RBC are not in normal dange. Nose is always blocked (mucus white), most often congested morning,this is also last year. Can’t breathe smoothly. I don’t take smoking or alcohol. Also I have skin rashes problem, itching my whole body, I am taking Atarex 10mg every 4 days for this. Also please advise me can I take covid vaccine in this time ?
