I live in Chennai.Whenever I go back to my native for holidays I develop severe allergic symptoms which include itching in the eyes and nose, sneezing, running nose, nasal block. I have to take antihistamines daily and use nasal decongestants. My strong suspect is that there is a huge land of Parthenium plants right behind my house, so it must be the culprit. My dad has the same. But my mom refuses to accept it and tells me that it's due to the climate. What should I do?

It's a proven fact that parthenium plant/weed may cause allergic reactions..it's better to avoid it if you are developing allergies..take anti-allergic tablet for symptomatic relief..
