Generally any allergic condition can only be managed and not fully cured. If however you are being significantly affected, you may have allergy tests to identify the most likely allergen and it can then be treated by immunotherapy which can give a variable duration of respite. The best way to manage allergy is by avoiding the allergen. The suppressive therapy is only useful as long as you take the treatment and gives fairly good symptom control.
Next Steps
Consult an ENT surgeon to discuss your case in detail
Health Tips
steam inhalation and sinus rinsing (Jala-Neti) can help

Allergic rhinitis will not cause a nasal voice ... Infact it can cause a hyponasal voice if u develop polyps ... Normal seasonal allergic rhinitis can be managed with medication but if this is happening throughout the year then u might need to get an allergy test and follow it up with immunotherapy
