Alergy red spots
My husabnd has red slots primarily on his tighs and bottom and a few on hands, leg amd back. Wht should we do. He has taken citrazen for the time being and appliedcoconut oil. They itch as well. Photo attached for reference.

This appears to be a allergic reaction which will cause itching. But the lesions could also be a Viral exanthem. Consult a Dermatologist for a personal examination of the same.
