You can, as long as it is social drinking. Wine is very much fine. However excessive alcohol intake can itself worsen depression. Once in a while a glass or 2 of wine wouldnt affect the illness or treatment. Good luck.
Why you want to take wine occasionally, if there is any issue you can discuss with your Psychiatrist
