Alcohol allergy

Whenever I drink alcohol, I develop this rash of tiny red pus filled allergy like stuff. Do I have an allergy to alcohol? Or what else could it be? And how to avoid it? How come I get this rash only after consuming alcohol, and not other food items?? Please refer image
