I am 24 weeks pregnant. In routine urine test its Albumin is traced. Also acidic pH (6.5). I am gaining weight rapidly. My BP is normal as of now. But there is swelling in ankles and feet. Doctor has given Ecosprin 75mg. Is this the sign of preeclampsia?? Is this going to affect the pregnancy?
