I am 24 weeks pregnant. In my routine urine test albumin is traced. As of now my BP is normal. But I am gaining weight rapidly. My ankle and feet are swelling. Doctor has given ECOSPRIN 75MG. But I have Ankylosing Spondylitis from long. For which I took crp test. Crp level is 20 ( higher side). Do all these affect pregnancy? Is this the sign of preeclampsia? Plz guide me.

Urine culture to be done to rule out urine infection. Hemoglobin, vitaminB12 to be checked and corrected. High protein diet and protein supplements to be taken. Regular monitoring of BP so that in case it's high, medicines can be started at right time. Dietitian advice might help about proper food intake.
