Dear Practitioners,
I was on a slightly high dose of iron supplement (300 mg ferrous fumarate) till 3 months ago.
My recent blood work says that my Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) level is 38 U/L.
Is this ALT level worrisome?
Is this level due to the high power Ferrous Fumarate supplement I was on 3 months ago or is there some other problem with my liver?
