Go for opg xray to determine whether it will erupt or not.
If it’s impacted go for extraction.
No use of bearing pain and discomfort.
Medicines will give only temporary relief.
Get an x-ray done of that particular tooth. May be there is any kind of infection or cavity. And because of which you are having pain and swelling.
Have Cap augmentin 650 mg BD ( twice daily)
Tab diclomol 325mg TDS ( 3 times a day)
Tab metrogel 200mg BD( 2 times a day)
If you are having gastric issue then also take tab Pantop D empty stomach 1 tab a day
Take all these medications for 5 days
This is for symptomatic relief only for permanent treatment get an X-ray done then only one can tell whether it can be relieved by filling or root canal or may be extraction of tooth can be done depending upon the infection.

Has the tooth erupted earlier or is erupting now?
