If diagnosed case of anxiety disorder by psychiatrist, then review with him for adjustment of the dosages. Serta 25 is just a starting dose and not therapeutic one. So there is need to see a psychiatrist.
With the therapeutic dose, it takes around 6 to 8 weeks to get better.
Psychotherapy side by side is needed in some cases.
