First thing is we should know is when something new like vaccine is administration done  in our body it takes time to adapt nearly 5 - 7 days No need of tablet expect paracetamol ..strictly prohibited is painkillers In our early childhood we got vaccine from birth to 5yrs same fever and all symptoms occur ..so as of child we are adults so it take time .. don't worry ..avoid to much medication stay safe and healthy..drink 5 to 6 litres of water everyday ...and good immunity boosting foods like tomato, carrot, mix milk with tumeric ,pepper, avoid alcohol and smoking if in case u had habits Thank u
