Diabetics are predisposed to UTI due to glycosuria. Your symptoms are suggestive of that but no need to worry wihout a fever. It could as well be hypersaturated urine so hydration is must. Tab Pcm 650mg if fever more than 100F. Antibiotics will be required if you have an infection.
Next Steps
Urine routine analysis
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, often water alone will help you gwt rid of it.
