I used to get nervous very easily in front of others and if someone ask me something i used get confused , and all this thing is happening to me after i got traumatized with some incidents .i also have interaction problem with people and i more thing i used to get hurt very easily and used to take tensions of every single things .And i was in depression for more than 3 years.

Changes in behaviour, feeling and thoughts are common after traumatic event. For some these are short-lived changes, for others it can be long term effect. A person can do many things at their level that can help them cope with adevrse changes following trauma:
1) talk about traumatic incident with trustworthy and supportive person. This will help you process the incident and your feelings about incident better
2) try some relaxation exercises to reduce tensions that are common post trauma
3) improved self-care through proper diet, exercising, doing things that you like, spending time with people you like.
