After quit smoking
I used to smoke when I was 18 years old and then I decided to quit smoking at 23year and I did so but after a month gone but still I feel the craving for smoking and I feel totally lost at night because I work from home and after the work ends I feel shortness of breath and feeling very low and craving for nicotineand also feel very anxious also I am undergoing gas problem and constipation regular basis . Kindly suggest me something

You need anti anxiety medication which can be given after clinical examination and for constipation you can take Syp cremaffin 7.5ml at night as and when required and avoid potatoes in your diet
