Frankly none of the vaccine is painless...
Some reactions will always be there so if swelling is noticeable than use ice packs otherwise give paracetamol to your baby that's all...

It is usually a painless vaccine but children may get fever or pain post such vaccines too. If you see a noticeable swelling at the vaccination site, apply ice pack and give a dose of Crocin
If it doesn't settle with this, consult your pediatrician
