Sir 2may ko fever aaya tha recovery hone k baad medicine band hone baad 30 may 0230 PM ko left chest mai pain hua 0330 pm ko hot water aur hing lene k baad pain kam ho gaya No BP no sugar ecg d dimer lft kft CBC all test normal 31 may ko 4june ko doctor ko dikaya again ecg normal Left chest main halki chuban aur bechani hai Please suggest
