After fever got rashes on hand and legs

My friend recently travel to andaman and she is sexually active before 21st april. After travelling by flight from 29th april she got fever after two days fever was gone but rashes was appear at hand and leg. Photo was attaching. But after landing Andaman her RTPCR test was negative. But after some days she got fever after fever was gone rashes was appear. But now in hand rashes was gone what is the main problem ? She can't understand please give us a suggestion. Rashes pic was attaching...
