After fever full skin Itching with races

Hi doctor. My 3 year old daughter had more itching full skin with red rashes after one day fever with 101°c. Doctor refered CLOSOFT lotion and Melispox spray. Yet we didnot aply spray bcz may be spray ll wound skin. Doctor said this viral fever symtoms is normol. eventhough my child is scratching by itching full night and day
