After effect of covid vaccine
He has taken covishield vaccine yesterday in the morning & was fine till evening, but from night and till now he is having high fever 101-102degree and had 2 paracetamol medicine as well but still fever is not decreasing. Please tell me what to do ? There is no pain or anything else.

Post vaccine fever is common. It will come eventually subside within 1-2 days. Take Tab Dolo 650mg for relief. Keep him hydrated.No need to worry
If Fever (>100) persist for >3days along with other symptoms, then visit nearby hospital asap
