Hello my husband got a severe dog bite ,he got immugloblin followed by dose 0.,3,7,14 properly but 28th dose he went to abroad he carried the vaccine but didn't covered in a cool wrap after 12 hours of long journey and room temperature,he kept in fridge and used it .I'm worried that the vaccine works as every one saying it should be 2 to 6 ° temperature,it's been 12 days he has taken 28th dose I'm much worried should I say him to get vaccine again in uk ? Please help me

Considering the fact that he’s been in the flight for the most time where temperatures rarely exceed 25-30 degrees, I don’t think it should an issue. The vaccine can sustain in these temperatures.
Although one has to watch out for worsening of symptoms, such bleeding/oozing from the wound and neurological symptoms such as fever, headache, tingling sensation at bite, confusion, agitation, etc
In such a scenario, please go to an emergency department (A&E in UK) immediately
