My mother had covid. Now she is recovered from Covid. She had 20-30% lung infection. Her report has come negative. Does she need to take blood thinner?

All covid positive cases don't need blood thinners. It will be decided based on several factors. Significantly rised d dimer, co-morbid conditions, severe infection, markedly rised inflammatory markers ets. Need  proper supervison when patient is on blood thinners.
